An afternoon off...

and I come home to this! At least the boys have had a happy time with dad!

school pictures worth it...

I am not a big fan of school pictures. I send them to grandparents, scrapbook them and...well...that is about it. This year, however, they are totally worth it!! They each came with $20 to spend at Shutterfly. hmmmm....what to do....

I heart fall...

Everyone loves fall...including me.  When I was young I innocently loved it because my birthday was in the fall (I still love it for that reason!).  Now that I am older fall has taken me hostage with its color changing, warm food, crisp air, and golden sunshine.  Here are some of my favorite pictures from our fall so far...

When Zeke was little he loved to wear a strainer on his head.  He called himself Doodoo Geek!

Then came Isaac (24 years later). Isaac the Colander Caper.  (Not the same strainer but you get it right?!)

At some point we were given the blessed strainer that Zeke donned as a child.  Then we had Luke and Lukie the Pacie Avenger was born...

Yesterday I caught Jasper following suit...we need a name.  Any thoughts?

Smells like pizza...

So lets just say that a certain someone (not Meagan) tooted in the office.  Luke walked in a couple seconds later and said, "Ummm, something smells good in here!  Smells like pizza!"

The sisters week...

So much fun with my sisters and their kids during our trip home. I could never get sick of this crazy crew! Highlights: corn dogs and cheese curds, skipping rocks, Modern Family, painting, babies and their bottles, underwater pictures, llamas, "Evelyn thinks in Arabic..." and on and on!!

family bliss...

 

We love to visit Gramma Sue in Minnesota in the summer. Trampolines, cousins, cows, frogs, long grass, cool mornings, guns, gravel roads, yummy food, scrapbooking, runs to town, starry nights, and more cousins!
